Selepas pembayaran, sila emailkan bukti pembayaran bersama keterangan (Masa, bank, jumlah) bagi memudahkan urusan. PAYMENT
We do accept payment via;
Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Paypal (please request for assistance from admin on how to avoid extra charges by Paypal). For Interbank transfer GIRO & FTT , parcel will be sent out after payment is cleared.
Detail for payment will be email once customer submits order at this website.
POSTAGE
*Only Postage, no more COD due to double job task.
*All parcel will  be sent out using Poslaju courier, KTMB Distribution (wholesale/more than 2kg), or AirPak Courier.

*Postage’s rate stated in this table not include handling fee (box/ plastic bubble/ etc cost). Usually we charge RM1 (min; standard, local parcel below 1kg) to RM20 (max; international special packaging) together with postage fee.

*We do postage every working day. Pickup by Poslaju before 12pm (Mon-Fri).
*Parcel’s tracking number, trace link, and free toll number will be provided once the payment is cleared.
*We sent out products which are of good condition. Product parcels are wrapped with plastic bubble (for fragile products such as ampoule) and fragile stickers are placed on the parcel to notify the courier service. However, we are not responsible and we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by the courier services during and while being transported to the recipient.
*Most places in West Malaysia will receive the parcel in 1 or 2 working days time, Sabah and Sarawak (1-5 working days), Singapore and Brunei (3-6days), Indonesia (4-7working days).
